This Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between WE Management Services, LLC (“Company”) and the client listed on this invoice (“Client”) on the indicated invoice sent day (“Effective Date”).

Company and Client may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. Parties agree to be guided by the following terms:

1.Term. Client is entering into a binding agreement with Company for a telephone consultation.

2.Scope of Services. The Services will be provided by a WE Management Services Advisor (“Consultant”). The Consultant will consult with the Client concerning matters relating to either personal or business credit and/or funding strategies.

The scope of consulting services provided under this Agreement may include the following:

Credit Profile Analysis
Credit Improvement Gameplan
Creative Financing Gameplan

3.Fees. Client shall pay this invoice in full before the Services commence. Client acknowledges and agrees that all sales for consulting services are final and no refunds will be issued. If Client seeks to extend the Services beyond the one telephone consultation, additional fees will be charged by Company.

Chargebacks. Client agrees to contact Company if Client believes any mistake has been made in regard to the amount charged before contacting any other provider and Company will seek to remedy it immediately. Client further agrees not to pursue any chargebacks once services are rendered in accordance with this Agreement. There are NO REFUNDS FOR THIS SERVICE.

4.Coaching Session Procedures. At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to call the Consultant at an agreed upon number. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a Session, Client shall provide at least forty-eight (48) hours advance notice. If the Client is more than five (5) minutes late for a Session, the Consultant will assume that the Session is canceled and the Client will have to reschedule the Session which may incur an additional fee.
